She is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in financial management. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance, both from the University of Benin, Benin City.
Her career began at the former New Nigeria Bank (NNB), now Unity Bank, where she served from 1981 to 1994 and was recognized as Best Bank Staff of the Year during her tenure. She joined Micro-Investment Support Services Ltd. in 2002 as Head of Credit Operations, rising to the position of General Manager in 2005.
Mrs. Ehigiamusoe is an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing and a member of the National Institute of Marketers of Nigeria (NIMN). In addition, she has enhanced her expertise through international training in microfinance, including a specialized program in Germany in 2007. She has participated in numerous capacity-building programs both within and outside Nigeria.
She brings to the board a strong background in credit management, strategic leadership, and institutional development, with a passion for promoting financial inclusion.
