Asemota Nosayaba Raymond is the Head of Inspection at MISS. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Ambrose Alli University (2006) and is pursuing an MBA.
He joined LAPO MFB Ltd in 2007 as an Assistant Branch Manager, rising to Field Operations Officer in 2008. By 2010, he became Acting Head Field Operations before moving to MISS as Regional Supervisor (2010–2012). He later transitioned to Risk Management (2012) and became Head of Performance Review & Monitoring at LAPO Group (GOBETH) in 2013. In 2015, he was appointed Head of Credit Risk Management at LAPO MFB, then Group Head of Credit & Market Risk (2018). He returned to MISS in 2019 as Head of SME-Lead before assuming his current role in 2022.
He is a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (AMC International, Kenya), a member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, and an alumnus of Lagos Business School (SMP 52). He has attended international management programs, including Rural Agricultural Finance at the Boulder Institute, ITC/ILO, Italy.
